Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some common questions we receive about our remodeling and custom home services. If you have more inquiries, feel free to reach out!

  • What types of projects do you specialize in?

We focus on kitchen & bath remodels and large-scale whole-home remodels. We’ll also be offering custom home builds in the near future.

  • Do you work in occupied homes?

Yes — but it depends on the project size. For kitchen and bath remodels, we often work while clients remain in the home. We take extra steps like dust control, daily clean-ups, and clear communication to minimize disruption and keep your household running smoothly.

For large-scale remodels (whole-home transformations), we do not take on projects where clients plan to live in the home during construction. These remodels involve extensive structural work, multiple trades, and longer timelines that make occupancy impractical. In these cases, we require the home to be unoccupied so we can deliver the project efficiently and safely.

  • How do you handle budgets and estimates?

We’re transparent from the start. Our estimates include realistic allowances, and we keep you updated throughout the project so there are no surprises.

  • Do you offer design help?

Absolutely. We can guide you directly with layouts, materials, and finishes — or, if you prefer, we’re happy to collaborate with an interior designer you bring on board. Our process is flexible, and we love working alongside talented designers to bring your vision to life.

  • How far in advance should I contact you?

The earlier, the better. Remodels often need a few months of planning. Contacting us early helps secure your timeline.
